What is stored

• The tournament content you enter: its title, the activity, the format and its settings, the entrant names you type, and the results and schedule you record. On a public tournament this content is published by design.
• A value derived from each access link, never the link itself. Arena stores enough to recognise a link you present and not enough to reconstruct one, so a copy of the stored value grants no access.
• The tournament record and the evidence behind it: the event log, draw transcripts, commitments, beacon references, verification reports and published snapshots. They exist so a published claim can still be re-checked later, which is why they are kept after the tournament ends.
• Functional cookies only, currently lang, arena_create, arena_create_csrf, arena_cap_<id>, and arena_csrf_<id>. They remember your language and, for a tournament you manage, the access you already have in this browser. Arena sets no analytics and no advertising cookies.
• Requests that create or change something are rate-limited, and that requires processing the network address they came from for the length of the rate-limit window. The address is not attached to a tournament and is not used to build a profile.

Where it runs

Arena runs on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare. Requests, stored records and published artifacts pass through and are held on that platform, so that provider’s own terms apply alongside this page.

Public, unlisted and private

A public tournament is listed and readable by anyone. An unlisted tournament is kept out of listings but stays readable to anyone who has its address — unlisted is not secrecy. A private tournament is readable only with an access link. Staff-only evidence is left out of public responses entirely, rather than blanked out inside them.

Retention and removal

Arena does not delete a tournament automatically, and this page does not promise that it will. A tournament can be taken out of public listings and out of the latest public view; audit metadata about it is kept, and its address stays reserved so it cannot be quietly reissued to something else. What is retained, what can be exported and what can be removed outright is decided by whoever operates this deployment.

A pinned revision link returns the same state for as long as that revision is retained. Arena does not claim that any link is permanent; when a pinned revision falls outside retention, the page says so instead of quietly showing the latest state.
